How to calculate transmittance with a point source

Hello,

I am calculate transmittance with a point source. and I find it difficult to define the input power value of the structure. So I wonder if there is any accurate method that can be used to calculate transmittance of a point source. Or is there any method that I can use to calculate the input energy.
