Can I make a project on a mac and open it in windows?

As the title says really, I have made a Comsol file on a mac and I want to run it on a Windows machine. Will this work? Or will Comsol on Windows reject it? To further complicate things, my mac is running 4.3a and my PC is running 4.2.
